Overington Care recruits all its staff through a rigorous procedure ensuring that they are experienced, trained and fully capable and competent to provided the service requested.

We search out the most dedicated staff to help clients through the tasks that have become a challenge.

Overington Care ensures that all staff members are regularly monitored, supervised and that their training is updated as necessary. Staff are also encourages to achieve their diploma’s in Health and Social Care.

Overington Care believes that everyone should have the opportunity to maintain their independence and to remain in the comfort and privacy of their own home and to be able to live the life they would like with the right agreed amount of care and support provided by us.
